Provided that it concerns articles purchased from us, you can request the repair quite simply under rma.bitelec.ch under indication of the serial number, order number, etc. . You will then receive a corresponding RMA number from us and will be informed about the further steps.
Basically the following procedure applies:
- Fill in the RMA online form
- Wait for confirmation mail with the ticket number
- Pack and address the article
- Return shipment or personal return
- Repair, replacement or credit note
