What to do in case of warranty?

Provided that it concerns articles purchased from us, you can request the repair quite simply under rma.bitelec.ch under indication of the serial number, order number, etc. . You will then receive a corresponding RMA number from us and will be informed about the further steps.

Basically the following procedure applies:
  1. Fill in the RMA online form
  2. Wait for confirmation mail with the ticket number
  3. Pack and address the article
  4. Return shipment or personal return
  5. Repair, replacement or credit note
