I have received a product that I did not order. What to do?

We are sorry! Please submit a request via contact form immediately after receiving the order, or send an email to support@bitelec.ch. Please select "Wrong delivery of a product" as the subject of the request.

So that we can quickly check your request, it would be helpful if you could provide us with the manufacturer number or EAN code of the incorrectly received product. The EAN code is located on the product packaging and is used to identify a product without any doubt. It consists of a barcode and 13 digits.

We will check the case as soon as possible and send you the correct product.
