First download the ZenPak software from the manufacturer (Where can ZenPak be downloaded?).
- Install the software
- Search for the latest firmware for the corresponding device (Where to find the firmware updates for the devices?)
- Connect the devices to be updated properly to a KNX bus voltage
- Connect the devices to your local network
- Start the ZenPak software and follow the instructions:
- Open the selection dialogue (1)
- Select the downloaded files (1) and open them (2)

Update the device overview (1)
- Select the devices to be updated (2)
- Start the update process (3)
