If you want to reset the device to the factory settings or have lost the access data (digital passport), please proceed as follows:
The following models can be reset to factory settings:
D10x/D11x/D20x/D21x/D30x/A1101/A1061W/A1081/B101
No access data (Digital Passport) is required for resetting to factory settings, nor does the device have to be previously set up on the mobile device.
To do this, please go to the "Reset to factory defaults" item in the DoorBird app's settings and then follow the step-by-step instructions shown. You will receive a new document "Digital Passport" at the end of the procedure.
Notes:
- Please note that the DoorBird must be online via network cable for the reset and that the iOS or Android smartphone/tablet from which you perform the reset is located in the same network as the DoorBird.
- Please note that you should leave the device online for 15 minutes after a successful reset, as the firmware will be uploaded to the device again.
