How can the video stream be called via API? (RTSP)

The Video API can be accessed via the following URL.

NOTE:

• 12 FPS are streamed
• Only "BASIC Auth" is supported (How can the password for API requests be stored?)
• Stream can be interrupted by calls
• "Watch-Always" authorization necessary
