In the case of a ZenCom / Z41 COM / GetFace IP project with remote (remote access) support, the affected remote licence must be deactivated when changing tenants. A new licence is then issued for the new tenant.
Procedure:
- Have the tenant change confirmed in writing.
- Notify us of the change of tenant, including project name and corresponding flat.
- We will deactivate the active licence and release the new one for the corresponding flat.
