In most cases, when remote access to the Z41 Pro does not work (from the beginning), it shows up on the Z41 Pro in the form of the "globe with clock icon" in the Z41 Pro's settings page.
In most cases, the problem is that the ports needed for the remote connection are blocked in the on-site firewall.
To solve the problem, the following ports must be enabled:
- Telnet zennioremote.com 4063
- Telnet zennioremote.com 8008
