Which ports must be enabled for the door intercom to work?

If everything is connected to the network and at least the outdoor station is connected to the Internet, the connection should work.

There are exceptions, if in a company network possibly the ports 80 and 443 are not enabled and/or the different devices (inside/outside) are in different subnetworks and the communication between them (especially 80/443) should not be allowed.

In this case, the devices must be enabled to connect to the Internet via internal forwarding / routing.
