This article will show you how to install / mount the Trimless Wallbox from TENSE in concrete.
Preparation
Ihe picture above shows you the parts you need in addition to the Trimless Wallbox.
- 1 x Trimless Wallbox
- 1 x Cut out of wood (120 x 120 x 10mm)
- 4 x Screws
- 1 x Swiss flush-mounting box
Mounting on shuttering plate
Fasten cut piece of wood (120 x 120 x 10 mm) to formwork with screws or nails.
Mount a flush-mounted box on the piece of wood so that a sufficiently large recess is created when pouring concrete.
Installation in concrete
After the shuttering has been removed, the Trimless Wallbox can be mounted in the recess.
The Trimless Wallbox can now be plastered (min. 6 mm) and painted over.
You can now install the switches and sockets as usual.
Note: Wallbox also available in 12.5 mm for plasterboard
